More Testimonials

I met my goal plus a couple of pounds, which is fantastic! Although I felt like my goal was a little low (compared to my ULTIMATE goal), I’m surprised how great I feel, how noticeably different my body already looks and feels, and also my mindset (the first M)! It wasn’t always easy but I hosestly feel like the changes I made are very sustainable. It wasn’t a crash diet. I learned a valuable lessons and it was great to have a community to share recipes and support/encourage.

I’ve made several go’s at losing weight in the past few yrs. My approach was always to increase activity + change my diet in varying ways- low carb, less sugar, more veggies, etc. Even though those changes were good, they rarely helped me lose any significant weight. I would often hear how necessary a calorie deficit was & that was literally the only thing a I hadn’t done. And I hadn’t bc I was pretty opposed to measuring, weighing, and tracking. It seemed like a tedious drag. And honestly, I don’t love the work of that but it hasn’t been nearly as bad as I anticipated. And most importantly, I actually lost weight! During the DB, I knew I was losing but it wasn’t until I compared 1st day/last day pics that I realized the true difference. I’m looking fwd to staying on course myself thru Dec & doing the next DB in Jan Thank you CDQlaughing!

I am still shocked by that 100%!! I honestly didn’t think I would hit that mark and here we are at the final weigh in! I never do these things because of fear of failing, and to see this, I just can’t beleive it. I’m so damn proud of myself. Couldn’t have done it without my girl @thecaloriedeficitqueen.
